After your $35 AUD PayID payment is received and manually approved, the activation key is generated and delivered on your order page.
No. The activation key is generated for the Device ID entered at checkout, so copy the ID from the device and browser you plan to use.
No. Rick Roads is independent software and is not affiliated with VicRoads or the Victorian Government. It is not a government-issued licence or legal identification.
